We follow a systematic approach towards each project and give equal importance to each project whether it’s a small, medium or a big budget project.

We have a team of people to evaluate the project definition and do the analysis of the project. They forward the documentation and steps involved for implementation of the project.

Then the developer team implements the requirements as per the specifications. In this way, we make sure that all the requirements are clear and can be achieved and then only we confirm the project. This makes sure for both service buyer and provider that all the requirements are clear and finally a project can then only be successfully completed.

Project scope and definition

We implement a proper analysis of the project. We have a senior web developer for the analysis of all the client requirements who study the project definition thoroughly and then document list of queries if any otherwise defines the scope of the project. Scope of the project is sent to client for review and once the scope of the project is confirmed, it is passed to the designing team.

Layout and design

Our designer provides the layout mock-ups according to the client requirements. Analysis file for the designing with various questions is sent to client to make clearer about client requirements, choice and taste. Then the designing is implemented and sent to client for initial review. We then implement the changes according to client feedback if any; otherwise the designing is being passed to the developers after the client agrees upon the designing with final confirmation.

Development

Once the designing is implemented and confirmed by client, the development team starts up the task being on their toes to serve the client in the best possible manner providing the best quality and ease of functionality. At each stage and at completion of each major block of functionality, we sent the updates to client and ask client to review the progress on regular basis. Development team then implements changes according to the client feedback if any; otherwise continue with the implementation of other functionality.

Testing

The developed code is then sent to the testing team, where the testing for the site is done. We implement cross browser compatibility with major browsers like IE7, IE8, FF3, Google Chrome, Opera, Netscape Navigator, and Safari. All the validations and data are checked for the implementation and functionality check is also implemented. Site is tested for fast loading time and W3C validations.

Posting and completion

Once all the testing is successfully carried out and we take confirmation from the client, then the site is transferred to the destination in any case it is being developed over testing server. We finally give all the documentation required for future edits to our clients. We also provide video if needed for maintaining the site by client himself in future.

Post Project Support

We provide 1 month free technical support and 1 year of free support if there are any bugs found in our code after implementation and completion of project.

We are online and in support phase also, we try to implement the solutions for our clients within 24 hours of request. Only complex issues takes longer (real time) to get the solution implemented.
